Ellie studied at Parsons The New School for Design in NYC, graduating with a Bachelors degree in Graphic Design + Communications in 2013. She later enrolled in a graduate program at University of Delaware, where she gained certification as a K-12 Art Educator. She currently works as the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist for a Top 50 Credit Union and is a strong advocate for promoting and supporting small businesses.

Ellie opened Dip & Doodle Art Studio, which has since been rebranded to Dip + Doodle Design Studio, in 2016. She has blended her experience and expertise in the art, design, and business fields to bring captivating design solutions to local residents and small business owners in the community.
